A few things people ask before getting in touch. If your question is not here, please write to us or call.
Our programmes are about document organisation and administrative preparation. We help participants locate, sort, label, and store retirement-related paperwork. We explain what types of documents commonly exist and where they are usually issued from. We do not interpret individual entitlements, provide financial projections, or give regulated advice of any kind.
The Retirement Records Organisation Workshop suits anyone within roughly ten years of their expected retirement. It is also well suited to adult children who are helping a parent bring order to their records. The session assumes no prior knowledge of pension systems or document management.
For the workshop, all printed materials are included. If you are joining the one-to-one support programme, we will ask you to gather whatever documents you have to hand before the first session. A short preparation note is sent in advance so you know what to look for.
Yes. The programme is designed around your organisation's own internal processes. The initial needs review helps us understand the size and shape of your workforce, and the handbook is customised accordingly. Companies with smaller retiring cohorts are welcome to enquire.
No. Solvenna provides general education and administrative organisation only. We do not advise on investment choices, withdrawal strategies, or individual entitlement calculations. Where questions fall outside general information, participants are directed to the relevant public agency or a qualified professional.
The workshop is available in person at our Kuala Lumpur office or online. One-to-one support sessions can be held in person or by video call, depending on your preference. Employer programmes are typically delivered on-site at your premises, with two briefing sessions included.
The employee handbook covers document types relevant to the transition out of employment, internal handover procedures, general guidance on record-keeping, and a plain-language glossary. It is customised to reference your organisation's own internal processes and is written in accessible English.
