Paperwork Made
Manageable

Solvenna exists because retirement paperwork is genuinely difficult to navigate without guidance. We provide that guidance — calmly, clearly, and without stepping into regulated advice.

How Solvenna Came About

Solvenna was established in Kuala Lumpur after its founders spent several years working alongside individuals who were nearing the end of their employment. In those conversations, a pattern kept appearing: people had contributed diligently to EPF, SOCSO, and employer pension arrangements for decades, but when the time came to locate their records and understand what they held, the paperwork was scattered, incomplete, or impossible to decode without specialist help.

The founders — both with backgrounds in administrative services — noticed that the gap was not in financial knowledge but in document organisation. People did not know where their records were, what to request from which body, or how to compile everything in a form that was useful. That was a problem Solvenna could address directly.

Since opening our Jalan Raja Chulan office, we have worked with individuals preparing for retirement, with adult children managing paperwork alongside a parent, and with HR teams in organisations that want to handle the retirement transition with care and structure.

Our Purpose

We believe that every person approaching retirement deserves to know what documents belong to them, where to find them, and how to keep them in order. That is the whole of what we offer — and we hold that boundary firmly.

We do not advise on financial decisions. We do not calculate entitlements. We do not submit forms on behalf of participants. What we do is sit alongside people and help them build the kind of organised paper trail that makes those conversations with qualified professionals far more productive.

Our scope: General education and administrative organisation only. Individual entitlements, financial planning, and regulated matters are referred to EPF, SOCSO, or a qualified professional.

The People Behind Solvenna

Our team is small by design. Everyone who works with participants has a background in administrative services, records management, or adult education.

How We Work

These are the principles that shape every session and every interaction at Solvenna.

Practice Standard

Clear Scope, Every Time

Every participant receives a written description of what the session covers and what it does not. This is not a formality — it is central to how we build trust. People should know exactly what kind of help they are receiving.

Privacy

Personal Data Handled with Care

During one-to-one sessions, participants' documents are viewed only for the purpose of building their inventory. We do not retain copies of personal documents. All work is done under direction of the participant, using their own accounts and credentials.

Accessibility

Designed for Older Readers

All printed materials, handbooks, and digital resources use large text, high contrast, and plain language. We do not use jargon without explanation. All terms used in sessions are covered in a plain-language glossary.

Quality

Consistent Materials

Workshop materials, checklists, and employer handbooks are reviewed annually. We update references to official bodies and published channels as those channels change, so participants always receive current information.

Referral

Honest About Our Limits

When a question falls outside what we can address — calculation of entitlements, tax considerations, investment decisions — we say so clearly and direct the person to the relevant public agency or qualified professional.

Language

Bilingual Delivery Available

Workshops and support sessions can be delivered in English or Bahasa Malaysia, depending on participant preference. Employer handbooks are available in both languages.

Retirement Paperwork Education in Malaysia

Malaysia's retirement documentation landscape involves several issuing bodies — the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Social Security Organisation (SOCSO), private pension arrangements, and employer-administered schemes — each with its own record formats and request procedures. For someone who has worked across multiple employers over a long career, the task of assembling a complete picture of their documents can become genuinely demanding.

Solvenna's work sits at the administrative end of that process. We help participants understand what documents typically exist in each category, how to request copies through the official channels of each issuing body, and how to maintain a consistent filing system that holds everything in one place.

The employer briefing programme reflects a related need. HR teams preparing staff for retirement transitions often find themselves fielding document-related questions they are not equipped to answer in detail. Solvenna's programme gives employees a structured introduction to record preparation and gives HR practitioners a repeatable framework for handling those transitions respectfully.

All content is written for general information purposes. Solvenna does not hold any regulated licence to provide financial, pension, legal, or tax advice. References to EPF, SOCSO, and other bodies are made for general educational context only.
