Solvenna
Retirement paperwork programmes

Three Ways to
Work with Solvenna

A group workshop, a one-to-one support programme, and an employer briefing package. Each is described in full below so you can choose what fits your situation.

How All Our Programmes Are Structured

Each Solvenna programme follows a consistent underlying approach: begin with what documents typically exist in a given category, establish where those documents come from and how to request them, then build a filing structure the participant owns and can maintain. That sequence does not change, whether the setting is a group workshop or an employer's training room.

What does change is the depth, the format, and the audience. The descriptions below set out each programme clearly so you can make an informed choice. If you are unsure which fits your situation, a short call with our team is the quickest way to work that out.

Our Shared Standards

  • Content is general education only — no regulated advice at any level
  • All printed materials use large type and plain language
  • Delivery in English or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Questions outside scope are referred to public agencies or qualified professionals
  • Pricing fixed and stated in advance
Programme 1
Workshop session for retirement records

Retirement Records Organisation Workshop

Half-day • In person or online • RM 520 per participant

A structured half-day group session on how to gather, sort, and store the paperwork a person accumulates over a working life. Participants explore employment records, contribution statements, identification documents, beneficiary nomination forms, and correspondence. The session is general and educational in character — it explains what documents commonly exist and where they are typically issued from.

Participants leave with a printed folder structure, a labelled index, and a checklist they complete themselves. The checklist is designed so they can continue working through their records in their own time after the session ends.

What the Session Covers

  1. 1
    Categories of Retirement Documents

An overview of the main document categories — EPF, SOCSO, private pension, employer records, and identity documents.

  2. 2
    Locating and Requesting Copies

How to identify which documents you hold and how to request missing copies through each issuing body's own published channels.

  3. 3
    Building a Filing Structure

A guided walk-through of the printed folder structure, labelling system, and index participants take home.

  4. 4
    Completing the Checklist

Practice with the self-completion checklist so participants leave confident to continue independently.

This workshop suits you if:

  • You are within roughly ten years of retirement
  • You want a structured overview without committing to longer sessions
  • An adult child is helping you and wants to attend together

Programme 2

Guided Document Inventory & Filing Support

Four sessions • One-to-one • RM 1,450

A four-session one-to-one engagement in which an administrative assistant works alongside you to build a complete inventory of your retirement-related paperwork. Sessions cover locating missing statements, requesting copies from the issuing bodies through their own published channels, scanning and naming files consistently, building a secure digital archive, and preparing a one-page summary sheet a family member could follow.

All work is clerical and organisational. Forms are completed under your direction and with your own information. Nothing is submitted, interpreted, or advised upon by Solvenna. Where a question falls outside general information, you are pointed toward the relevant public agency or a qualified professional.

Privacy note: Documents are viewed only for inventory purposes during sessions. No copies are retained by Solvenna. All access is controlled by the participant.

Standards Across All Programmes

These apply to every session, every participant, and every document handled by Solvenna.

Privacy and Document Handling

Participant documents are never copied or retained by Solvenna. All document access during sessions is controlled by the participant. No third party receives any personal information shared in a session.

Scope Transparency

Every participant receives a written scope statement before their first session. This confirms what the programme covers and is explicit about what it does not cover. There is no ambiguity about the nature of the service.

Annual Materials Review

Workshop materials, checklists, and handbooks are reviewed at least annually. References to official bodies, forms, and channels are updated when those change, so participants always receive current guidance on where to go.

Active Referral Practice

When a question exceeds our scope, we identify the specific agency or professional category that handles it and provide the participant with the relevant contact point. We do not deflect — we direct.
